Notes on Income Items:
Income items were budgeted conservatively based on the prior 2 years actual income and known differences expected for next year. We have already signed up with Reindeer Lane to supply our Jingle Bell Shop items so we should again receive the additional 10% rebate. 

Notes on Ex
pense Items:
The After Prom budget was increased based on the recommendation of the committee chair. Reasons for the suggested increase include an expected increase in the number of students and the potential decrease in parent donations. The Community Outreach budget was increased based on the recommendation of the committee chair and the possibility of doing 2 activities.
