Electives can be selected from: Business/Technology, English, Fine Arts, Foreign Language, Math, Science, and Social Studies
Students who wish to receive the Kentucky Commonwealth Diploma must meet the below requirements:
(1) Take four Advanced Placement Courses
- One in English
- One in Math or Science
- One in Foreign Language
- One in any other area of study
(2) Take the AP exam in three of these courses
If a student achieves a score no less than 8 total out of 3 AP exams, the state of Kentucky will reimburse the cost of the 3 exams.
