Fine Arts:
Students are required to take a minimum of two years of art and music as part of the overall curriculum. The curriculum is designed to foster a deep appreciation, enjoyment and understanding of the fine arts. Students have the opportunity to take part in choral and band activities, to study music theory, to participate in a drama class and to participate in the annual High School Musical Play. The art curriculum includes exposure to art history and an in-depth study of the art elements and principles of design through a variety of art media. Private piano lessons are available from current and former music teachers.  For more information on private music lessons, please contact Mrs. Amanda Rood, or Sr. Mary Carol Hellmann, OSB
