The high school is a twice-recognized National Blue Ribbon School with consecutive recognitions. There is no other high school in the Diocese or area to be so recognized. Villa consistently, year after year, qualifies for Blue Ribbon status. In addition, the high school has been accredited by AdvancEd/SACS since 1921!
The 2012-2013 school year begins the year of the new realignment with grades 7-12. This new alignment provides junior high students with unique opportunities to take high school classes, thus advancing in high school and beginning college at the same age as their peers but with college credit. The junior high experience at Villa is one filled with excitement and growth, and the Villa experience is like no other in the area.
In addition to our excellent Catholic, Benedictine education, Villa students have incredible opportunities to participate in clubs and organizations, to play on successful teams, to participate in fine arts events, to serve others. Villa students are independent thinkers ready for the world, young men and women who know how to learn with each other and work with each other, who grow in their faith and who excel in college as 21st century learners.
