Future Problem Solving
2006 – 2007
Tied for 1st Place in the District at Governor's Cup competition

All team members contribute to a winning future problem solving team by faithfully attending practice, participating, and encouraging the creative thinking and good ideas of other team members. Only four students can actually participate in a competition. Those students take with them to the competition the research we’ve all done, as well as the ideas and strategies their teammates have helped form. Thus, a win is a success for the whole team, and is a reflection of all member’s contributions.
In choosing who will form the competition team, I consider attendance at practice and demonstrated skill at applying the future problem solving process.
