Congratulations to VMA High School who emerged as Gov. Cup District Champs, defeating Beechwood, Lloyd, Ludlow and St. Henry's.  The Quick Recall Team placed 1st:  Alex Ross-Stuart, Charlie Lotz, Stacey Hirt, Michael Cook and Tony Clarke.  The Future Problem Solving Team placed 1st:  Matt Bender, Jake Klare, Nick Rightmire, Brenna Keller, Taylor Slusher, Kyle Herbstreit, Sean Spille, Nathan Goderwis, Josh Goderwis, Congrad Kresge.  In Math, Elyse Koeninger placed 1st and Ben Fotsch placed 2nd.  In Science, Matt Bender placed 1st and Nick Rightmire placed 5th.  In Language Arts, Jake Klare placed 4th.  In Social Studies, Michael Cook placed 2nd, Charlie Lotz placed 4th and Alex Ross-Stuart placed 5th.  In Arts and Humanities, Alex Ross-Stuart placed 3rd and John Meyer placed 4th.  In English Composition, Charlie Lotz placed 1st and Katherine Hayes placed 4th.  Way to go, District Champs!
