Spanish I:

Using the Immersion Method, the Questions and Responses Method, Reading, Writing and Grammar review,  as well as the textbook Exprésate (Holt Rinehart Winston), the students learn the essentials of the Spanish language in order to speak, read and write in a simple and basic way in the target language.    

Videos are used to acquaint the students with the geography, history, culture and people of various Spanish-speaking countries. Videos are also used to practice the material that has been covered in class by allowing the students to hear Spanish spoken by Native speakers in their native environments.
