High School Admissions Policy

Students seeking high school admission must have met State and Diocesan requirements. Incoming freshmen pay a non-refundable testing fee of $20 prior to or on the day of the High School Placement Test (given the second Saturday in December). All high school applicants must have the intention of attending college. They must indicate both the ability and achievement necessary for liberal arts college preparatory work through testing and/or recommendation of previous teachers.

Students who take the High School Placement Test (HSPT) at Villa Madonna receive test results in early January.  If the student's scores are satisfactory and meet the requirements of Villa Madonna, a letter of acceptance and registration materials will accompany the test results.  Registrations are due February 1st and must include the $400.00 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit fee.

A student applying for admission to grades 10 or 11 must first provide a copy of academic records from the current school.  The High School Principal reviews the records and arranges for an interview with the High School Admissions Committee.  Students interested in transferring are also encouraged to shadow in the High School.  Arrangements can be made by contacting Mrs. Jackie Hirt, High School Admissions Coordinator, admissions@villamadonna.net or by calling (859) 331-6333 ext. 139.

Please note:  Before a student is accepted into the High School, all tuition and fees from previous schools must be paid in full.

Villa Madonna Academy does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, handicap, or national or ethnic origin in the administration of its educational programs and policies, admission policies, scholarship and financial aid programs, athletic or other school-administered programs.
