We are very excited and proud that our JETS team took 2nd place in Division 2 and that we earned 3rd place in the egg drop and received the William Tell award.

A few reminders for everyone:

I am available for help after school almost any day and for a few minutes before school in the morning.  Also remember your class mates can be great study companions.  Talking out loud, hearing and saying the words, fighting for a solution are all mind-strenthening and mind-stretching activities that will strengthen your understanding and provide you with life skills.

Chemistry Students: Remember to keep your work updated in your notebooks. You will find your syllabus by clicking below.  Be sure to choose the correct syllabus.    Enjoy the rest of the year.

Physics Students: I like this quote from Jay Matthews (Washington Post, October7, 2010) and with his permission I am repeating it.

"High school science classes are still good for you.  I confess I dropped physics to take a student council period instead.  I have since learned it was the only course I had in high school that would have forced me to think, really think, rather than memorize.   The lack of mental exercise has been a problem for me ever since then."

So, you physics types, YOU ARE SO LUCKY!

Enjoy  the marvels God has given us.
