The Grades 1 - 3 Music enrichment class has varied activities that change on an annual basis due to all students being in this multi-aged group each year. However, music appreciation and fun are the main focus directed at learning. We sing, read “musical” books, listen and learn about “classical” music, do movement, and review musical concepts such as tone production of the voice, notes and note values. Students are encouraged to be very creative.
The Grades 4 - 6 Music enrichment class provides enjoyment and creative use of music and allows the students to play music for Mass.
