My name is Mrs. Susan Okin and I teach grades 1 - 8. The students will have computer class once a week for the entire school year. 

We will be using a variety of software applications, including Kidspiration, Inspiration, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, MovieMaker, and Timeliner to name a few. We will be sharpening our typing technique, and using the internet for various research projects. The students will gain practical computer knowledge in a fun atmosphere that will hopefully help them throughout the year, in high school and beyond. Please check this page and the individual grade level pages often for updates. 

Students in grades 5 - 8 will need to have a USB drive.

All of these are widely available, Staples carries all 4 of them. Please DO NOT purchase San Disk USB drives as they do not work well with our system.

** Students DO NOT need headphones this year.  We will supply each student with a set of headphone covers to be used with our Logitech headphones.
