Hola padres: 

In last week's class (Thursday, April 28th), the students and I read the book "Los Tres Osos (the Three Bears).   In this semester we have learned the following:

• Asking and answering questions about "what is your name"
• Asking and answering "How are you?"
• Asking and answering "Do you have brothers or sisters?"
• Being able to identify different colors when the teacher asks "Muestrame algo de rojo/rosa/verde/azul/amarillo/anaranjado."
• Responding to question "Do you have pets?"
• Responding to question "Cuando es tu cumpleanos?"
• Responding to question "Cuantos anos tienes?"
• Responding to commands in "Simon Says."

We've also learned the songs "Hola, Amigos." and "Verde, Verde son los Arbolitos," as well as the song 'Vengan a Ver Mi Granja."

This week we will review the names of animals and will read the books "El Cangurro Tiene Mama?' and "La Oruga Muy Hambriente."
