The 5th grade classrooms at Villa Madonna Academy are in the Center building and overlook the beautiful Ohio River. Mrs. Kathy Lynch teaches Language Arts and Social Studies to the students, while Mrs. Sarah Henderson teaches Math, Science, and Religion. Students in the 5th grade at Villa also take a variety of special classes during the week. These include: Music, Art, Physical Education, Computer, Library, and Spanish or French. Teachers and students in the 5th grade work with the Villa Hills Police Department in presenting the D.A.R.E. program which focuses on drug resistance and the importance of self-esteem. Students attend Mass or a prayer service each week. 5th graders also work with the 4th and 6th graders in an enrichment program that includes Drama, Cultures, Computer, Art, and Physical Education.
