Registration 2008-2009 Fall High School Sports
Step #1:
The high school fall sports registration form will be available on May 1, 2008. To obtain the form, please visit the "Policies and Registration Forms" link or CLICK HERE to proceed to that page now. Please fill out the form and return it to the VMA Athletic Office by May 15, 2008 with your payment.
Step #2:
For KHSAA Physical Forms, please visit the the "Policies and Registration Forms" link on this website or CLICK HERE to obtain the form directly from the KHSAA website. Print and Return pages 7-10 to the Athletic Office no later than July 15, 2008. Forms are also available in the athletic office.
Step #3:
Villa High School Sports Policies. All students and parents must read and initial each policy and submit a signed copy to the VMA Athletic Office once a school year if they are participating in a high school sport. The signed policies will be kept in the student’s athletic file along with his/her current KHSAA eligibility/physical form.
