Please complete the form below to pre-register for the Diocesan High School Placement Test at Villa Madonna Academy.

The test will take place at Villa Madonna Academy in December.

The test begins at 9:00am and ends at 12 noon.  The cost of the test is $20.00. Please make checks payable to Villa Madonna Academy.
