Villa Madonna Academy would like for every family who wants to send their children to Villa to be able to do so. To help families in financial need, we have established a Tuition Assistance program that is solely based on need. These tuition assistance grants can be awarded in addition to scholarship grants.

This program allows families to receive tuition assistance for each child in the family. We use the “Student Service for Financial Aid”, a national service that supports schools at all levels to help determine family “ability to pay tuition”. Several of our Villa families participate in this program. If you feel like your family needs tuition assistance, we encourage you to apply. Funds are not unlimited, but we have been able to help many people in this manner.

To participate:

Application forms for the 2011-2012 school year are currently available. You can submit your application at any time, but it must be submitted by
September 10, 2011.

Note: Tuition Assistance grants are distributed on a first come - first serve basis.

Call the school Business Office at (859) 331-6333, ext 125 to request a “financial aid application form”. This is a standard form which requests typical financial information.

You will then send the form
directly to the service (not to the school) as explained in the directions.

Student Service for Financial Aid will evaluate your information and send a report to Villa Madonna Academy that estimates the amount of money that you should be able to afford for tuition.

Based on that report, tuition assistance will be awarded.

If you have an extreme situation, you can contact Donna Wesseler, Villa Madonna Academy Business Manager, at (859) 331-6333, extension 125 or via e-mail at
