ALL: Market Day pickup-the pickup will be in the gym lobby this final time. Please pull up to the front of the gym, walk in and get your order. The truck doesn’t come until 5:30 but orders should be ready for customers as usual from 6-7pm. Volunteers are needed at 5:30 please for this one last effort. Customers, please make an extra effort to come get your order before we all get busy for the summer. Thanks to all.  

ALL:    Thank you to the parents that have registered and paid fees for their child to participate on a high school sports team this coming Fall 2008. (Fees include the high school sports participation fee of $150 and the $60 parent work fee)  All checks will be deposited this week or next week.
 
Refund checks for $60 will be issued to parents that paid their $60 and work their 6 hours during the summer or fall season. The $60 work fee refund form will be available at all events and in the office for you to complete after you work your 6 hours.  After we receive the form back from you, you will be refunded $60. Parents that choose to not work will not receive a $60 refund. All parents must be virtus compliant and submit a background check to the main office.
 
Events that need help this summer include working on the Golf Outing Committee for our Annual Golf Outing held this year on August 24 at Boone Links.  Parent help is also needed for the Girls Golf Invitational which will also take place in August. Please call the athletic department if you can help with these events over the summer if you have not already notified us. Once school starts, parent help is needed at the Soccer and Volleyball gate or concessions.  Any questions, please call Mary Pavel or Don Shields in the Athletic Department.  Thanks!
