At Region 13 Governor’s Cup competition on February 16, four VillaMadonnaMiddle School students earned advancement to the state level. Evan Tingley took first place in Mathematics, Elsa Kennedy placed third in Arts and Humanities, Mia Rosado fourth in Composition, and Josh Kahmann fifth in Social Studies. All four will head to State finals, to be held March 15 to 17th in Louisville. High school Regional Governor’s Cup competition will occur February 21 to 23.
