Villa Madonna Academy Board of Directors
Villa Madonna Academy, operated by the Benedictine Sisters of St. Walburg Monastery, is a non-profit, Kentucky corporation formed for the purpose of Catholic education. All members of the VMA Board are appointed by the Prioress of St. Walburg Monastery upon the recommendation of the VMA Board of Directors and in accord with VMA's Articles of Incorporation. Board members serve a term of three years, with the ability to serve up to two consecutive terms.
